What is needed: Have installed Mozilla Thunderbird or another mail program that allows the RSS feed.
(I think the outlook does not)
What to do: Create a new account type News and Blogs "RSS feeds, and blogs"
You need to click the right button select "Manage Subscriptions" and give it to "add"
In the URL field you have to put the feed address to which you subscribe.
To find the RSS feed address of go to the page you want to subscribe and click on "View" "Source." There you will find a direction similar to the drawing
highlighted (just RSS)

You can simply copy and paste this address in your new account threads and blogs.
This way you can read the messages as if they were emails.
Another way to get the URL for the RSS feed by clicking on an icon is like this:
