me and Debian
After entering the world of Linux eh tried many distributions, I started with red hat to go with fedora, in those distros were my first start, but then I found Debian, but I tried half a year, I achieved to get used and just then the Ubuntu popularity rising in the edition Breazy, steals, vast a week that I like and get used to this distro.
Well I had a long period of almost two years with ubuntu, and for me it was the perfect distro to work it until it thickens up.
As my work is to support other users in different Linux distributions, the pair had installed Kubuntu, Mandriva and Debian, but my system was Ubuntu default.
a while ago, we talked about 2 months I decided to try Kubuntu, well I had wanted to use KDE, because I life so far had only been Gnome I tried it, but at first I take some getting used to KDE, I end up enjoying it very much, so now I use Kubuntu propuce. Here I set everything as in Ubuntu, I had access to all the software you wanted was the glory.
By a twist of fate, I had a little problem that made me reinstall Kubuntu, but for different reasons X installation went wrong, good OP system urgently needed, and the hand had Debian, so I encourage install Debian 4 or best known debian etch with KDE, and well I can say, I can compare to kubuntu, just have to put a little effort and have a 100% debian, I like it, do not give me problems, I have all the software you need , I can configure it at my leisure.
For just start my story with Debian, Many say that Ubuntu is a distribution for new users, well it's true, but it can also be debian, here comes and tastes.
Kubuntu now at home, at work with Debian, what else I can ask.
