Building the bridge and good weather, we have encouraged to make a tour of the Picos de Europa this weekend. In particular, we decided to start from Espinama (to 810 m) to reach the shelter of Áliva (about 1670 m altitude).

The route follows the river and is Nevandi scheduled to be in 2h 30m although we, going at a brisk pace it took a little less.
The truth is that the beginning is the hardest, because it starts with a steep rise and the first thing you have to take it in stride.

When we arrived at Áliva shelter was closed, but that's all we could rest a bit before starting the descent.
was a nice trip, I recommend it. :-)
